Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy
Refund Policy:
At Ugitha Healthcare, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. We will issue a full refund under the following conditions:
- Defective Items: If you receive a defective product, you are eligible for a refund.
- Lost or Damaged During Transit: If your order is lost or damaged during shipping. We will credit a refund in customer’s bank account within 5 working days.
- Expired Products: If the product received is past its expiry date, we will provide a refund.
Please Note:
- The mode of refund may vary based on the circumstances. Refunds to Credit/Debit Cards or Net Banking may take 7 to 10 working days to appear in your account due to banking policies, over which we have no control.
- In order to return one must take and provide a video or picture of the damaged product .

Return Policy:
We strive to deliver products as per your specifications. However, if you receive an incomplete order, damaged, or incorrect products, please notify Ugitha Healthcare Customer Support within 5-7 working days working days of receiving your order for prompt resolution. Please note, we cannot accept liability for issues reported after this period.
Return Policy Exceptions:
Return will be accepted with in 7-14 days of delivery. Certain products may be marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page. Returns or refunds for those items will not be accepted.
