Shipping and Delivery

Domestic Orders

• All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding public holidays and Sundays.
• Expected delivery time: We will Deliver all the products within 7-14 working days from receipt of the order.

International Orders

• All international orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding public holidays and Sundays.
• Expected delivery time: 7-14 business days from receipt of the order.
• We currently ship to most regions worldwide, except the EU, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Turkey, Lebanon, Pakistan, Ukraine, Israel, and China.

Shipping Charges

• Domestic Orders: Free shipping on all orders within India..

Customs and Duties

• International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other government charges upon arrival in the destination country.
• The customer is responsible for any such charges, which are not included in the shipping fees.
• Customs charges and handling fees, if applicable, will be communicated by the logistics service provider at the time of delivery.
• Please check the customs regulations and duties for your country before placing an order.
• If customs duties are not paid by the customer, Ugitha Healthcare will deduct the complete shipping and return duty charges from any refunds issued.

Delivery Times and Signing for Packages

• Deliveries occur between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• A signature is required upon delivery. If you cannot sign for the delivery, please designate an alternative person (e.g., family member, colleague, neighbor). Ugitha Healthcare is not liable for deliveries signed by an alternative person.

Returns and Refunds

• General Policy: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products.
• Damaged or Tampered Products: If you receive a tampered or damaged product, please contact our Customer Care within 24 hours with supporting images and videos. We will address your concern promptly.
• Product Quality Issues: Any quality complaints must be reported to our Customer Care within 7 days of delivery.
• Conditions for Exchange: Products may be exchanged only if returned in a saleable condition, in their original packaging, and undamaged. All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection by Ugitha Healthcare.
