Composition

Each capsule contains:

  • Magnesium (As Magnesium Hydroxide) – 40 mg
  • Chasteberry Fruit Extract Standardized for 5% Agnusides – 20 mg
  • Vitamin E Acetate 50% Dry - 5 mg
  • Vitamin B6 (As Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) - 1 mg

    • Recommended Usage

    As dietary supplement. 1 capsule daily, after meals, for 3 months even during menstruation because it is not a drug or hormone.
